Isabella Bank is pleased to announce that it will begin a complete interior renovation at our Main Office, located at 139 E. Broadway Street in Mount Pleasant, on Monday, January 20. This latest phase of improvements will offer an updated look and layout that is designed to efficiently serve our customers.
The renovations will include a modernized aesthetic and an improved banking experience. These upgrades are designed to redefine how we engage with the community, creating a more collaborative and efficient environment for everyone who visits the Bank.
This effort builds on the exciting exterior upgrades completed at the end of last year as part of the broader downtown Mount Pleasant revitalization initiative. These improvements included refreshing the paint colors, installing new signage, and adding a stunning mural created by Sacred Heart Academy students. The mural not only celebrates the vibrant culture of our community but has also become a centerpiece of the revitalized downtown area.
To ensure minimal disruption during the renovation process, the Main Office will remain open, and upgrades will be completed in two phases. During Phase I of the renovation, the building entrance off Broadway Street will be closed. Customers may use the parking lot entrance off Court and Mosher Streets to access the building. During Phase II, the parking lot entrance off Court and Mosher Streets will be closed, and customers may access the building using the front entrance off Broadway Street.
Isabella Bank is partnering with Thompson-Phelan Group, Inc. in Anchorville, MI on this renovation project. Work is estimated to be completed in the fall of 2025, at which time, the Bank will host a grand reopening event for customers and the public. Further details on the event will be announced closer to completion. We are grateful for the continued support and patience as we work to deliver a transformed space designed with our customers in mind.
Stay tuned for more updates on the renovation!
